One Week and Counting... Three's A Crowd

One week from today, on June 1, 2012, my short, highly-erotic tale Three's A Crowd will debut.

The novella is a little over 3k, but I promise, it doesn't lack in sexy. The idea for the story came to me when I was searching for pictures on the internet. I do this exercise where I seek out pictures (usually erotic) and then write a drabble describing what I see. I create characters and scenes to go along with the image. This exercise helps me when I'm trying to work out a steamy section or I need to get in the right frame of mind to write from the male POV. Lots of times, these drabbles actually make it into my books, other times, like in the case of Three's A Crowd, I develop short stories from the picture.

He opened his eyes to find Sierra straddling him. He blinked a few times, trying to focus and get his bearings. They were in their bedroom. He must have missed the alarm. The sunlight streamed in through the blinds and he could smell the coffee brewing from the kitchen.

"Time to wake up, sleepyhead."
