October 31st? Already? How did that happen?
It's become a tradition in our home, as in many, to carve pumpkins a few days before Halloween. This year my boys were old enough to do most of the work themselves. Not sure how that happened either.
I thought I'd share the finished products...
This one is my husband's masterpiece. I think his name is Mr. Marbles.
My kids decided to go with Minions (the two on the ends)
.
When we first started carving about ten years ago, we only did one pumpkin with a standard pumpkin face. Through the years the designs have changed (last year my son did a Phillies "P") and evolved but one thing remains the same... TRADITION!
Have a happy, safe and spooky Halloween!
Ella
